Maintenance requests must be submitted through the online portal. To submit a request you will need to provide a video explaining the request that is at least 10 seconds.
Tenants can pay rent either online through the Home365’s tenant portal or mail the check or money order to the Home365 PO BOX (PO Box 5304, Lancaster, PA, 17606).
